Shipping costs and delivery information

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. These costs are added to the price of the product and are borne by the Buyer.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after the payment has been received and confirmed in the Seller’s account. If the dispatch time needs to be extended, the Seller will contact the Buyer.

The average order fulfillment time including delivery is approximately 4 to 7 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method. For orders outside of Poland, delivery times are estimated to be between 7 and 14 business days, but may vary depending on the destination country and could be longer.

The Buyer is responsible for covering any customs duties or import taxes. The Seller is not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures.

Upon receiving a package delivered by courier or postal service, the Buyer is obligated to inspect it (based on Article 545 §2 of the Polish Civil Code). In the event of damage, the Seller recommends completing a damage report in the presence of the delivery person and notifying the Seller immediately. Failure to provide a damage report may make it more difficult for the Buyer to pursue claims against the Seller or determine responsibility for the damage.

The Seller is not liable for any delays in delivery if the delay is due to the courier or postal service provider.
