Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union

In accordance with EU law, the Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at shop@amber77.com or by mail at Amber 77, Limbowa 9, 80-520 Gdynia, Poland.

The returned item must be in its original condition. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may also take some time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@amber77.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD).

If your proof of purchase is an invoice, you are required to include a correcting invoice (credit note) with the return.

Damaged Packages

Upon receiving a package delivered by courier or postal service, the buyer is obligated to inspect it (based on Article 545 §2 of the Polish Civil Code). In case of damage, a damage report must be completed in the presence of the delivery person, and the seller must be notified immediately. Failure to provide a damage report may hinder the resolution of potential claims and the determination of who is responsible for the damage.

 

Non-returnable Items

Custom-made products prepared according to the buyer’s specifications, or items modified at the buyer’s request from the original design or description presented on the gallery pages, are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
