DELIVERY AND RETURN

You can return the ordered jewellery within 14 business days from the date of purchase without giving a reason. The seller realizes the delivery of ordered goods free of charge via Polish Post for orders over 200 Euro.

The jewellery is shipped within 1 business day after the payment is credited at the seller’s account. Due to the fact that the offered jewellery is handicraft, in the absence of storage, the deadline for sending the order may be extended up to 14 business days, and is determined directly with the customer.

The average duration of the delivery is up to 4 business days in Poland. Outside the country, the delivery time is from 7 business days.
