What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data of clients in the scope of data necessary to execute orders and handling of complaints or other claims or participants of the competition by the Controller is art. 6 para. 1 b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (”GDPR”).

Personal data contained in the Seller’s database is not transferred to entities not participating in the implementation of the contract for the sale of goods.
In connection with the implementation of services, personal data may be disclosed to external entities, in particular suppliers responsible for handling IT systems used to execute orders, entities such as banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting, legal, tax and courier services.
